Description
2-Piece Threaded Ball Valve (NSW) – DN8 to DN50, 1000–2000 PSI, Full Port
The NSW 2-piece threaded ball valve is engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring precision flow control, durability, and safety. Offered in sizes from DN8 to DN50 (1/4” to 2”), this valve is pressure rated up to 1000 PSI or 2000 PSI depending on configuration and is suitable for media temperatures ranging from -20°C to 200°C (-4°F to 392°F).
The valve body and internals are constructed from robust materials including WCB carbon steel, CF8/CF8M stainless steels, CF3/CF3M, and duplex stainless steel, all produced via precision silica sol investment casting. Threading options include BSPP, BSPT, NPT, DIN 2999/259, and ISO 228/1, ensuring compatibility with global piping systems.
Key design features include an ISO 5211 direct mounting pad for actuator integration, an anti-static device, anti-blowout stem, pressure-balance hole in the ball, and a locking mechanism for secure shut-off. The valve is fire-safe to API 6FA/API 607 standards and meets stringent testing per API 598, MSS SP-100, and EN 12266, making it suitable for oil & gas, chemical, and general industrial processes.
