This industrial-grade DN100 3-way control valve is engineered for both mixing and diverting applications in fluid handling systems. It features a globe valve body with flanged ends, constructed from high-strength cast iron (EN-JS1049) and rated for PN16 pressure conditions. The valve is mounted with the ARI-PREMIO electric actuator, a compact and powerful thrust actuator offering selectable modulation or on-off control modes. With a thrust capacity of 5.0 kN and multiple speed settings (0.25 to 1.00 mm/s), it allows precise fluid flow regulation via proportional control. The actuator supports multiple power supply ranges—20–28V AC/DC, 90–264V AC, or 400V 3-phase—and features IP65 ingress protection for harsh environments. It includes an internal heating element (ES11), advanced control modules (RI21/32, dTRON), and maintains a maximum power draw of 22 VA at 0.9 A. The unit is designed for upright mounting but allows horizontal installation where necessary.
