6" Gate Valve – ANSI Class 1500, WCB, Bolted Bonnet

This 6-inch (DN150) gate valve is engineered for high-pressure service in demanding industrial environments, meeting ANSI/ASME B16.34 and Class 1500 requirements. It features a robust bolted bonnet design, rising stem configuration, and flanged end connections (raised face or ring-type joint as per ANSI B16.5). The valve body is made from ASTM A216 Grade WCB cast carbon steel, with a solid or flexible wedge and hard-faced or stainless-steel trim options (Trim 5 or Trim 8). Designed for manual operation via handwheel or gear, it can be actuated when needed. Certified to API 598 or ISO 5208 testing standards, and fire-safe design can be provided per API 607 if specified. A graphite or PTFE packing ensures temperature resistance, while the integral backseat allows safe replacement of gland packing during operation.
