BZSV 8110 Series Breathing Valve – 2" to 12", Pressure/Vacuum Relief, API 2000

The BZSV 8110 Series Breathing Valve is a high-performance tank protection device designed to maintain safe pressure levels in atmospheric and low-pressure storage tanks. Engineered for both pressure and vacuum relief, this valve minimizes product vapor losses due to "breathing" (thermal expansion and contraction) while preventing structural damage to the tank caused by overpressure or vacuum conditions.

Manufactured in compliance with API 2000 standards, the 8110 Series is available in various configurations—TYPE 8110, 8112, 8113, and 8115—offering set pressures from 0.2 to 103.4 kPa and vacuum relief from –0.2 to –82 kPa. Its modular construction allows integration of functional add-ons such as flame arresters, suction elbows, dehumidifiers, or purge holes. The diaphragm seal, available in FEP or alternate materials, ensures a reliable seal and prevents adhesion between disc and seat. With a wide range of material options and accessories, the 8110 Series suits diverse chemical, petrochemical, and storage terminal applications.
