NSW API 594 Check Valve – Class 150 to 2500, NPS 2" to 48"

The NSW API 594 check valve is engineered for high-efficiency non-return operation in water treatment, petrochemical, HVAC, and industrial piping systems. Designed to prevent backflow of fluid automatically, these check valves operate via the flow-induced movement of the valve disc. Offered in dual plate, single plate, and retainerless designs, with end connections including wafer, lug, and flanged types, the valves are manufactured using a wide selection of materials such as WCB, stainless steel, duplex, nickel alloys, and bronze. Sizes range from NPS 2" to 48", covering pressure classes from ANSI Class 150 to 2500. Manufactured per API 594 and tested according to API 598, these valves ensure reliable sealing, minimal pressure drop, and long service life.
