API 600 Cast Steel Gate Valve – NSW | NPS 2" to 48", Class 150–2500

The NSW API 600 Cast Steel Gate Valve is a high-integrity valve engineered for shut-off applications in demanding industrial environments. These valves are available in sizes from NPS 2 to 48 inches and pressure classes from Class 150 to Class 2500, supporting a wide range of operational pressures and temperatures (-20°C to 200°C / -4°F to 392°F).

Constructed from robust forged and cast materials such as A216 WCB, WC6, WC9, A351 CF8/CF8M, and advanced alloys like Monel, Inconel, and Hastelloy, the valve ensures mechanical reliability and corrosion resistance. The valve design features an outside screw and yoke (OS&Y), rising stem, bolted or pressure seal bonnet, and flexible or solid wedge options to deliver enhanced sealing and long-term performance.

Meeting rigorous industry standards including API 600, API 603, and ASME B16.34, the NSW gate valve ensures compatibility with most industrial piping systems. Fire-safe by API 6FA/API 607 and tested per API 598/API 6D, the valve is also available with renewable seat rings and various flange, butt-weld, socket weld, and screwed end configurations. It’s ideal for applications in oil & gas, petrochemical, power, and general industrial services.
