The NSW API 600 Gate Valve is a heavy-duty cast steel valve designed and manufactured in accordance with API 600 standards for isolation service in high-pressure, high-temperature pipelines. Available in a wide size range from NPS 2" to 60" and pressure ratings from Class 150 to Class 2500, this valve supports resilient and reliable flow control under rigorous process conditions.
The valve features a full or reduced bore design, bolted or pressure seal bonnet, and a flexible or solid wedge gate, making it suitable for a broad spectrum of applications across oil & gas, petrochemical, power, and water treatment industries. Its construction utilizes premium materials such as A216 WCB, A351 CF8/CF8M, A995 duplex and super duplex stainless steels, Monel, Inconel, and Hastelloy, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
Designed with Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) and a rising stem mechanism, the valve guarantees easy operation and positive indication of valve status. Fire-safe and compliant with NACE standards for sour service, the API 600 Gate Valve is tested per API 598 and supports a variety of flange standards and end connections to suit global engineering requirements.
