NSW API 602 Forged Steel Piston Check Valve – Class 150 to 2500, NPS 1/2" to 2"

The NSW API 602 Piston Check Valve is a forged steel, non-return valve engineered for critical flow control in high-pressure applications. Available in sizes from NPS 1/2" to 2", this valve is designed to prevent reverse flow automatically without operator intervention, ideal for compact pipeline installations across the oil & gas, chemical, and power sectors.

Manufactured according to API 602, ASME B16.34, and BS 5352, it features either piston, ball, or swing-type internals based on process needs. The valve offers options for integral body seat for piston/ball check types or separated seat ring design for swing check versions. It supports a wide variety of end connections including Socket Weld (SW), Butt Weld (BW), NPT, RF, FF, and RTJ.

These valves are compliant with API 598 for pressure testing and API 6FA/API 607 for fire-safe design. NACE MR0175/MR0103 and ISO 15848 compliance are also available for sour service and fugitive emission control.
