This DN400 PN25 Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve is designed and manufactured according to API 6D standards. The valve body is made from A350 LF2, providing high strength and resistance in demanding applications. It features a fixed ball design and full flow passage for minimal flow resistance and maximum efficiency.

The valve is equipped with DBB (Double Block and Bleed) functionality, a dual piston effect valve seat, and PMSS (Primary Metal Seal + Secondary Soft Seal) for enhanced sealing performance. It also has an anti-flying valve stem with a double O-ring at the top for leak protection. The valve is designed with a discharge function in the on/off position for additional safety.

The EN 1092-1 B1 connection mode ensures a secure and reliable installation, and the IP68 waterproof turbine operation provides smooth control and reliable performance even in harsh environments. This valve is ideal for use in water, oil, and gas systems, operating effectively within a temperature range of -29°C to 121°C.
