Description
Bonney Forge Forged Piston Check Valves – ½” to 2”, Class 150 to 2500, A105N/F316L/LF2
Bonney Forge forged piston check valves are engineered for non-return flow control in high-pressure, high-temperature systems where space and performance are critical. Offered in compact ½” to 2” sizes and pressure classes ranging from 150 to 2500, these valves utilize a piston-guided design to provide a more controlled and consistent seating action compared to conventional lift check valves. Manufactured from top-grade forged materials including A105N carbon steel, F316L stainless steel, and LF2 low-temperature carbon steel, these valves are ideal for severe service environments. Bore options include Reduced Bore (RD) and Full Bore (FB), and end connections include RF (Raised Face), NPT (Threaded), SW (Socket Weld), and plain end, offering excellent flexibility for installation. Compliant with international design and testing standards, Bonney Forge piston check valves are widely used in oil & gas, petrochemical, and power generation applications.
