NSW C95800 Dual Plate Check Valve – Class 150–900, Wafer Type, Retainerless Design

The NSW C95800 Dual Plate Check Valve is a compact, high-performance non-return valve engineered to prevent backflow in marine, desalination, water treatment, and industrial pipeline systems. Manufactured with corrosion-resistant C95800 nickel-aluminum bronze, this valve is ideally suited for use with seawater and other aggressive media.

Conforming to API 594 and ASME B16.10 standards, this wafer-type valve is available in sizes from NPS 2” to 24” and pressure classes 150 to 900. Its dual plate (split disc) design features spring-loaded plates that quickly close when forward flow ceases, minimizing water hammer and system shock. The valve is offered with either a metal-to-metal or rubber seat seal, and comes in both retainerless and retainer-type configurations depending on application needs.

The streamlined structure allows short face-to-face dimensions, reduced weight, and unobstructed flow, resulting in minimal pressure drop. C95800 body and disc materials ensure long service life and excellent resistance to saltwater, brine, and chemical environments.
