The NSW C95800 Forged Globe Valve is a high-performance industrial valve designed per API 602 and ASME B16.34 standards for compact, high-pressure fluid control systems. Made from forged C95800 nickel-aluminum bronze, this valve offers exceptional resistance to corrosion, erosion, and marine conditions. With its high strength, corrosion fatigue resistance, and outstanding performance in saltwater, freshwater, and aggressive chemical media, the C95800 forged globe valve is ideally suited for demanding offshore, marine, and chemical applications.
Available in NPS 1/2" to 2" sizes and pressure classes from Class 800 to Class 2500, this valve is constructed with an outside screw and yoke (OS&Y), rising stem, solid wedge disc, renewable seat rings, and spiral wound gaskets. The design supports socket weld, butt weld, threaded, and flanged connections. It can be configured with bolted, pressure seal, or welded bonnets for flexible use in thermal, chemical, or high-pressure pipeline systems.
Forged steel globe valves like this C95800 variant provide superior performance in throttling or shutoff applications. Their self-sealing design increases sealing reliability as pressure rises, making them ideal for air, steam, oil, water, radioactive fluids, and corrosive media.
