NSW C95800 Globe Valve – Class 150–600, OS&Y, Bolted Bonnet, Flanged

The NSW C95800 Globe Valve is a corrosion-resistant, heavy-duty shutoff valve designed for marine, offshore, and industrial service requiring precise flow regulation and dependable sealing. Manufactured from premium C95800 nickel-aluminum bronze or similar alloys (Al-Bronze, ASTM B61, B62, Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy), this valve excels in seawater, brine, and corrosive process fluid environments.

Engineered to BS 1873 and ANSI B16.34 standards, this globe valve is offered in sizes ranging from NPS 2" to 48" with pressure ratings from Class 150 to 600. The valve features a straight pattern body, outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) configuration, bolted bonnet (BB), rising stem with loose disc (plug or ball option), and renewable seat rings for long service life and ease of maintenance. Available with flanged or butt weld ends, and optional gear operator for sizes 10” and above.

The valve is a force-sealed type, requiring the application of pressure to the disc to achieve effective shut-off. C95800 bronze provides excellent strength, elasticity, and corrosion resistance in seawater, fresh water, and mild acid environments. It is weldable and supports both horizontal and vertical installation orientations.
