The NSW Carbon Steel Ball Valve is a heavy-duty valve designed to meet the demanding requirements of industrial flow control applications. Manufactured in accordance with API 6D, API 608, and ISO 17292 standards, this valve features a robust carbon steel body (ASTM A216 WCB) and is available in sizes from NPS 2" to NPS 48", and pressure ratings from Class 150 to Class 2500.

This valve is engineered with options for full or reduced bore, and various body configurations including side-entry, top-entry, and fully welded body types. The sealing system provides secure shut-off and is available with Double Block & Bleed (DBB) or Double Isolation & Bleed (DIB) capabilities. Additional design features such as anti-static devices, anti-blowout stem, emergency seat/stem injection ports, and compatibility with cryogenic or high-temperature extensions enhance safety and serviceability.

NSW carbon steel ball valves are suitable for a wide range of services, including water, oil, gas, steam, and corrosive chemicals. Their low flow resistance, rapid actuation, and reliable sealing make them ideal for critical applications across the oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, and marine sectors.
