Description
NSW Carbon Steel Gate Valve – API 600/603, Class 150–2500, WCB Body, OS&Y Design
The NSW Carbon Steel Gate Valve is engineered for reliable shut-off performance in demanding industrial pipeline systems. Manufactured in accordance with API 600, API 603, and ASME B16.34 standards, this valve features a robust ASTM A216 WCB cast steel body and is available in sizes ranging from NPS 2" to NPS 48", with pressure ratings from Class 150 to Class 2500.
The valve employs an outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) rising stem design for clear stem position visibility and ease of maintenance. Offered with a choice of flexible or solid wedge discs, this gate valve ensures effective sealing and long-term durability under variable flow conditions. It can be configured with a bolted bonnet or pressure seal bonnet based on pressure class and operating conditions.
The NSW carbon steel gate valve is ideal for oil & gas, power generation, petrochemical, water treatment, and industrial applications requiring dependable bidirectional shut-off.
