The NSW Cast Steel Ball Valve is a high-performance valve designed for reliable shut-off, isolation, and flow control in critical industrial pipeline systems. Manufactured according to API 6D, API 608, and ISO 17292 standards, this valve offers dependable service in high-pressure applications across oil & gas, petrochemical, water, and power industries.

Constructed from high-grade ASTM A216 WCB cast steel with optional alloys such as CF8M, CF3M, or duplex stainless steels, this valve is available in sizes from NPS 2" to NPS 48", and pressure classes from 150 to 2500. The design supports full or reduced bore configurations, with side entry, top entry, or fully welded body options.

Additional features include Double Block & Bleed (DBB), Double Isolation & Bleed (DIB), emergency stem/seat injection, anti-static and blow-out protection, and compatibility with cryogenic or high-temperature extended stems. The valve supports a wide range of end connections including RF, RTJ, BW, PE, SW, and NPT, making it a highly adaptable choice for demanding installations.
