BT-WCK Single Door Check Valve – API 6D / API 594, Flanged, CF8M / CF8

The BT-WCK Single Door Check Valve is engineered for backflow prevention in medium to large diameter pipelines, offering smooth flow performance and minimal pressure drop. This valve features a single-door (swing-type) mechanism with a Fl-hook for stable installation, ensuring a tight seal under forward flow and automatic closure when flow reverses.

Built in accordance with API-6D and API-594 design standards and tested to API-598 and ASME B16.34, the BT-WCK provides high-integrity sealing and reliable performance under varying process conditions. It is compatible with ANSI B16.5 Class 150, JIS 10K, and ISO 7005-1 flange dimensions.

Constructed from premium materials such as ASTM-A351-CF8M and ASTM-A351-CF8, the valve exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and durability. For larger sizes (2" to 24"), a sl-pin type configuration is available to enhance operational stability and sealing performance.

This valve is ideal for use in water, oil, steam, chemical, and gas applications, particularly where low maintenance and long-term reliability are crucial.
