The Tilting Disc Check Valve by TEJI is a high-performance, non-slam valve engineered to eliminate the damaging effects of water hammer and sudden pressure surges typically encountered with conventional swing or lift check valves. Its double eccentric disc ensures fast, quiet operation and reliable sealing, making it particularly suitable for high-demand pipelines transporting liquids or gases.

Designed in accordance with API 6D, the valve features a micro-elastic metal seat that delivers excellent sealing under a wide range of pressures and temperatures. The butterfly-type tilting disc ensures smooth, low-resistance fluid flow while enabling quick closure to prevent backflow. With a temperature operating range of -29°C to +545°C, and compatibility with corrosive and high-temperature media such as steam, nitric acid, acetic acid, and oxidizing agents, it is ideal for critical service conditions.

Available in multiple body materials including WCB, LCB, LCC, WC6, CF8M, and CF3M, and in sizes up to 32”, this valve supports flanged, butt weld, socket weld, and threaded end connections, ensuring easy integration into various industrial systems.
