Description

Check Valves - Swing & Non-Slam Type | Cast & Forged Steel | API 6A / ASME Standards

Our Swing and Non-Slam Check Valves, available in both Cast and Forged Steel variants, are engineered to deliver reliable backflow prevention and ensure unidirectional flow in demanding industrial environments. The Cast Steel Check Valves conform to API 600, BS1414, B1873, and BS1868 standards, with ANSI pressure ratings up to 1500 lbs, offered in sizes from 2" to 56". Forged Steel Check Valves are manufactured to API 602 and BS5352 specifications, with ANSI class ratings up to 1500 lbs, sized from 1/2" to 2", and connections including RF, RTJ, NPT, and SW.

Wafer-style Check Valves comply with API 594, tested to API 598, rated up to ANSI Class 1500 lbs, and sized between 2" and 24" with RF and RTJ ends.

All valves are designed and tested under stringent industry standards including API 6A, ASME VIII, and API 6FA. Pressure and temperature compatibility align with ASME B16.34, and dimensional standards meet API 6D and ASME B16.10, ensuring seamless integration with existing piping systems.

Flanges conform to ASME B16.5 and API 6A, with sizes ranging from 2 1/16” to 4 1/16” and pressure classes spanning 2000 to 10,000 PSI. Product specification levels include PSL 1, 2, 3, 3G, and 4 to accommodate a variety of critical service requirements.

Premium materials such as 4130, 410, A487 4C, CA15, CF8M, Duplex, Super Duplex, and Inconel are available, offering exceptional corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Valve trims are available from API Class AA to HH, with TCC coated seats for superior sealing and extended service life. Available ends include flanged and welded configurations.

These Check Valves are the ideal solution for oil and gas, petrochemical, and heavy industrial applications requiring reliable, high-pressure, and high-integrity flow control components.
