The BZSV Cracking Gas and Decoke Valve is a specialized high-performance valve designed for ethylene cracking units, specifically installed at the furnace outlet to isolate both the main cracking gas line and the decoking line. These valves play a crucial role in managing high-temperature, particle-laden media during normal operations and coke-clearing cycles.

Available in sizes up to 48" and capable of operating at temperatures up to 550°C, the valve design supports both metal-to-metal hard seal options—such as parallel double gate and wedge gate valves—and soft-sealed flat plate gate configurations. Constructed with a fully welded body, the valve is engineered for long-term service in extreme environments, with hard alloy overlays on all sealing surfaces for enhanced wear and corrosion resistance.

Featuring double-channel design and full bore flow path when open, the valve minimizes flow resistance and prevents coke particle accumulation. Its internal components are accessible from both the top and bottom for efficient maintenance, and steam cleaning ports are integrated into the body for in-line purging.
