NSW Cryogenic Ball Valve – Class 150 to 2500, Extended Bonnet

The NSW Cryogenic Ball Valve is engineered specifically for low-temperature services down to -196°C, including liquefied natural gas (LNG), ethylene, and other cryogenic chemical applications. Available in sizes from 1/2″ to 12″ and pressure classes up to 2500#, this valve features a precision-machined full or reduced bore ball design and extended bonnet for thermal protection. It is constructed from cryogenic-compatible materials such as LCB, CF8, CF8M, F304/F316 stainless steels, and LF2 carbon steel. The valve is designed to ensure zero leakage performance, with a double block and bleed feature, blowout-proof stem, and anti-static device. The extended stem design keeps the stem seal away from the cold zone, enhancing reliability under deep cryogenic conditions. Offered with handle, worm gear, electric, pneumatic, or electro-hydraulic actuation, the valve is ideal for high-integrity isolation in LNG terminals, air separation plants, and cryogenic chemical processing systems.
