NSW Cryogenic Gate Valve – Class 150 to 1500, Extended Bonnet, OS&Y, -196°C Service

The NSW Cryogenic Gate Valve is designed for ultra-low temperature fluid isolation in critical applications such as LNG, liquid oxygen, nitrogen, ethylene, and other cryogenic chemical systems. Engineered to operate at temperatures down to -196°C, this valve incorporates a long-necked extended bonnet to isolate the stem packing from the cold zone, ensuring reliable sealing and thermal integrity. It is available in sizes from NPS 1/2″ to 36″ and pressure classes from Class 150 to Class 1500. The valve is constructed using cryogenic-grade materials such as LCB, CF8, CF8M, LF2, and stainless steels, and features a flexible or solid wedge, OS&Y rising stem, and bolted or pressure seal bonnet. Multiple end connections are offered, including RF, RTJ, butt weld, and socket weld. It is ideal for LNG terminals, air separation units, liquefied gas storage, and other cryogenic service environments.
