Description
NSW Double Block and Bleed Ball Valve – Class 150–2500, Forged Trunnion, 3PC Body
The NSW Double Block and Bleed (DBB) Ball Valve is a high-integrity isolation solution designed for critical applications requiring zero leakage and enhanced safety. Engineered in a 3-piece trunnion-mounted configuration, this valve integrates two independently seated balls and a bleed valve into a compact body, enabling simultaneous double isolation and cavity bleed. Forged from materials such as A105, F304, F316, F51, and LF2, the valve body ensures strength and corrosion resistance in demanding environments. The full bore design minimizes pressure drop, while the split-body construction allows easier inline maintenance. Features such as blow-out proof stem, anti-static device, and fire-safe construction make this DBB valve ideal for use in process, oil & gas, and instrumentation systems where safety, reliability, and compact layout are paramount.
