Douglas Chero forged gate valves with extended body design are purpose-built for installations requiring additional body or stem length—ideal for insulated systems, buried pipework, or recessed access. Manufactured in Italy, these valves are offered in ½” to 2” sizes and pressure classes 800 and 1500. They are made from high-quality forged materials, including A105N carbon steel, F316L stainless steel, LF2 for low-temperature service, and F22 alloy steel for elevated temperature and high-pressure applications. The valves are available with Reduced Bore (RD) and Full Bore (FB) configurations and a selection of end connections: Raised Face (RF), Socket Weld (SW), and Threaded (NPT). Designed in compliance with API and ASME standards, these valves offer high performance, reliable shutoff, and long-term durability for critical flow isolation in oil & gas, petrochemical, and power plant systems.
