Description
NSW Dual Plate Check Valve – Class 150–900, Retainerless/Rubber or Metal Seat
The NSW Dual Plate Check Valve is a compact, energy-efficient non-return valve designed to prevent backflow in pipeline systems. Built in accordance with API 594 and ASME B16.10, this valve features a wafer-type body design that is available in either retainerless or retainer-equipped configurations for improved safety and pressure integrity. It offers the choice of metal or resilient rubber seat sealing and is available in a wide range of materials, including WCB, stainless steels (CF3, CF8, CF3M, CF8M), duplex grades (4A, 5A), and high-performance alloys like Monel and Inconel. The short face-to-face length and lightweight design enable easy installation and maintenance. Its dual spring-loaded disc mechanism ensures quick and stable closure to minimize water hammer and reverse flow. This valve is ideal for water, steam, oil, chemical, and corrosive media in various industrial sectors.
