NSW Eccentric Plug Valve – Class 150–2500, Double Eccentric Design
The NSW Eccentric Plug Valve is a high-performance valve solution designed for demanding shutoff and throttling applications. It features a double eccentric mechanism that minimizes friction during operation, ensuring reliable zero-leakage sealing. Built to API 599 and API 6D design standards, the valve is available in a wide range of body materials including A216 WCB, CF8M, Alloy 20, Monel, and Inconel for compatibility with corrosive and abrasive media. The plug is precision-machined and seated using a surfacing of ≥90% nickel or optional high-performance resin seats. A replaceable V-type combination sealing ring allows for quick maintenance without dismantling the actuator. This valve includes a straight-through flow path and self-lubricating spindle bearings for reduced maintenance and extended service life. Ideal for regulating flow in water, wastewater, chemical, refining, and power applications, it also supports inlet/outlet pressure gauge ports and various actuation modes including manual, gear, electric, and pneumatic drives.
