The NSW Electric Actuator Ball Valve is a precision-controlled motorized valve designed for use in industrial automation systems. It features electric actuation for remote or automated flow regulation and is available in floating, fixed (trunnion-mounted), and elastic ball configurations depending on the pressure, temperature, and application needs.
Floating ball valves offer a simple design with reliable sealing for medium and low-pressure systems, where the ball is allowed to move slightly to press against the downstream seat. Trunnion (fixed ball) valves, on the other hand, are ideal for high-pressure or large-diameter pipelines, incorporating bearing-supported shafts and independently floating seats that enhance sealing and reduce operating torque. For severe conditions, elastic ball designs allow additional compression by the valve stem wedge to ensure metal-to-metal sealing.
This electric actuator ball valve is suitable for cutting off or regulating flow in chemical, power, petrochemical, water treatment, and other industrial sectors. Available with flange, thread, or butt-weld end connections and in various actuator options—electric, pneumatic-electric, or electro-hydraulic—it ensures dependable automated control and sealing performance across a wide range of pressures and temperatures.
