BZSV Emergency Relief Valve – 16" to 24", ANSI 150LB RF

The BZSV Emergency Relief Valve series is designed for rapid overpressure protection in large atmospheric and low-pressure storage tanks. Available in 16", 20", and 24" diameters, these valves feature ANSI B16.5 150LB raised-face flanged connections and are constructed from robust carbon steel, stainless steel, or other customizable materials.

Several model configurations serve specific functions:

Type 8160 / 8168: Equipped with an opening stop block that assists valve seat re-closure after activation.

Type 8170 / 8178: Designed with a guided bonnet to ensure controlled valve movement and enhanced alignment during operation.

Type 8180: Spring-loaded variant suited for tanks requiring higher set pressures. It opens automatically when the tank pressure reaches a preset limit and closes securely once pressure is relieved.

These valves provide essential overpressure protection while maintaining structural integrity and operational reliability in critical containment systems.
