The NSW Flange Wafer Check Valve is a compact, high-performance valve designed for reliable backflow prevention in critical flow systems. Built in accordance with API 6D and API 594 standards, this wafer-style check valve features a spring-loaded disc for quick and responsive closure, minimizing water hammer and ensuring tight shutoff.

Available in a wide range of sizes from ½" to 24" (DN15–DN600) and pressure classes up to Class 2500, this valve offers reduced installation space requirements and excellent versatility across industrial applications. Constructed from robust cast materials including A216 WCB, CF8, CF8M, Alloy 20, Monel, Inconel, and Hastelloy, it is suitable for aggressive and high-pressure environments. Options for soft-seal designs enhance leak-tight performance, and the concealed pin structure eliminates external leakage paths.
