The NSW Flanged Gate Valve is a robust, high-integrity shut-off valve suitable for heavy-duty applications in oil & gas, petrochemical, power, and general industrial systems. Designed and manufactured in compliance with API 600, API 6D, and ISO 10434, this gate valve is engineered to perform under pressure with long service life and dependable sealing. Available in pressure classes from 150 to 2500 and sizes ranging from 2″ to 60″, it features a flange connection for stable sealing and easy installation.

The valve body is available in a wide range of cast materials including A216 WCB, CF8M, Monel, Inconel, and other corrosion-resistant alloys. Its Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) rising stem design allows for clear position indication and straightforward manual or automated operation. The valve supports both flexible and solid wedge configurations with renewable seat rings. Bonnet options include bolted or pressure-seal designs for enhanced pressure containment.

Designed for minimal flow resistance and maximum reliability, the NSW flanged gate valve is fire-safe, NACE compliant, and fully tested per API 598 standards. It is ideal for both isolation and critical flow control applications in high-pressure, high-temperature, or corrosive environments.
