NSW Flanged x NPT Double Block and Bleed Ball Valve – Class 150 to 2500

The NSW Flanged x NPT Double Block and Bleed (DBB) Ball Valve is engineered for high-integrity isolation in critical industrial piping systems. Designed in accordance with API 6D and ASME B16.34, this compact valve combines reduced bore construction with flange and threaded (NPT) or socket weld (SW) end connections, offering versatile integration options in process systems.

Constructed from forged materials such as A105, F304, F316, and LF2, the valve features a one-piece forged body for added strength and integrity. It includes dual floating balls and seats, a central needle valve for bleeding, and a drain port located at the bottom of the body to ensure complete pressure release between the two sealing surfaces. This double isolation and bleed design enhances system safety, facilitates in-line testing, and minimizes potential leakage.

The blow-out proof stem, anti-static device, and fire-safe construction per API 6FA/6FA ensure reliable performance under demanding conditions. Ideal for use in oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, and utility systems requiring high performance in limited space.
