Description
TEJI Forged Cryogenic Check Valve – 1/2" to 2", ASME 150#–1500#, -196°C Rated
The TEJI Forged Cryogenic Check Valve is a critical component for cryogenic fluid systems, specifically designed to ensure unidirectional flow and prevent medium backflow in low-temperature pipelines. Built for extreme cryogenic environments with temperatures as low as -196°C, this valve supports safe operation in systems transporting liquid oxygen (LO₂), nitrogen (LN₂), argon (LAR), LNG, ethylene, and other liquefied gases.
This forged valve operates on the same principle as its cast steel counterpart but offers superior structural integrity and resilience under pressure. It features enhanced sealing mechanisms and pressure relief designs to prevent dangerous buildup from trapped gases or condensation in the body cavity.
Compliant with BS6364 cryogenic design standards, the valve includes pressure relief plugs and optimized grease injection procedures for safety and reliability. Full and reduced bore versions are available to suit a range of flow requirements.
