This forged steel gate valve is designed to meet the stringent demands of high-pressure, high-temperature applications in thermal power plants and critical process industries. With a wide range of pressure ratings from Class 800 up to Class 2500 and sizes from NPS 1/2 to 4, this valve offers exceptional versatility. Engineered in accordance with API 602, ASME B16.10, and tested per API 598, it ensures reliable performance and sealing integrity. The valve features an outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) rising stem, a flexible or solid wedge, and options for bolted or pressure seal bonnet construction. The seat rings are renewable for easy maintenance, and the design supports full or reduced bore configurations.
