Description
NSW Forged Steel Globe Valve – Class 800, A105 Body, API 602, OS&Y Design
The NSW Forged Steel Globe Valve, built to API 602 standards, is a high-performance shut-off valve designed for Class 800 and higher pressure systems in demanding industrial applications. Manufactured from forged A105 carbon steel (with optional stainless steel and alloy materials), this valve features a rugged OS&Y rising stem mechanism for secure isolation and reliable flow control.
This globe valve incorporates a bolted bonnet for easy access and maintenance, a solid disc with renewable seat rings for long-term durability, and an integral backseat for added operational safety. It is available with a wide variety of end connections—including socket weld (SW), threaded (NPT), butt-weld (BW), and flanged (RF)—to match any installation requirement.
Ideal for steam, oil, gas, and chemical process systems, the valve meets the strictest global industry standards for performance, testing, and fire safety.
