The NSW Fully Welded Trunnion Ball Valve is engineered for high-integrity flow control in demanding pipeline applications such as natural gas, oil, and petrochemical systems. With a forged steel three-piece body welded into a single integral structure, this valve offers zero leakage paths and long-term durability, even under buried or subsea conditions.
Manufactured to API 6D standards, this valve is equipped with a trunnion-mounted ball to reduce operating torque and ensure precise sealing performance. The full bore design minimizes pressure drop, while features like anti-blowout stem, anti-static device, emergency sealant injection (6” and above), and DBB (Double Block & Bleed) provide enhanced safety and functionality. Optional cryogenic or high-temperature extended stem designs are also available.
Available in butt weld, socket weld, or flanged ends per ASME standards, this valve is tested to API 598 and certified for fire-safe operation to API 6FA/607. NACE MR-0175/MR-0103 compliance makes it suitable for sour service applications.
