This 400 mm (DN 400) Gate Valve is a robust, full-bore shutoff valve constructed from WCB (ASTM A216 Cast Carbon Steel) for reliable performance in demanding industrial environments. Designed in accordance with API 600 / API 602, this valve features a bolted bonnet, solid wedge disc, and stainless steel trim, making it suitable for a wide range of process media, including water, steam, and non-corrosive fluids.

The valve offers a Class 150 pressure rating (PN 20) and supports a maximum working pressure of 20 bar (290 PSI). It is equipped with raised face (RF), flat face (FF), or RTJ flanges, compliant with ASME B16.5, and features a two-piece gland design with graphite or PTFE-based packing, ensuring reliable high-temperature sealing up to 425°C (797°F).

The full-bore linear flow path minimizes pressure drop, making this gate valve ideal for systems requiring unrestricted flow. It is pressure-tested in accordance with API 598 and meets fire safety standards API 607. The valve’s face-to-face dimensions conform to ASME B16.10, and all valve markings are per MSS SP-25.
