6" Class 1500 Gate Valve – Full Port, WCB Body, Rising Stem, Flanged Ends

This 6" (DN150) high-pressure gate valve is a full port, rising stem design engineered for demanding industrial applications. Constructed from ASTM A216 Grade WCB cast carbon steel, the valve features a bolted bonnet, renewable metal-to-metal seat, and a rising stem with outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) configuration. It offers a tight shutoff performance with Class VI leakage rating and conforms to major standards including API 598, API 607 fire-safe, and ASME B16.5 for flanged ends. With a Class 1500 rating (maximum 2,550 PSI at 100°F), the valve is suitable for a wide range of high-temperature and high-pressure media such as steam, natural gas, crude oil, and hydrocarbons. The valve is fire-safe, pressure tested, and compatible with ANSI B31.3 / B31.1 piping systems.
