The YGG DN80 PN250 globe valve is a high-performance stop valve engineered for critical flow control in high-pressure, high-temperature applications such as steam, hydrocarbon processing, and industrial utility services. Featuring a straight-pattern design with flanged ends conforming to DIN EN 1092-1 standards, this valve is built with a forged carbon steel body (presumed ASTM A105 or equivalent), a bolted bonnet, and a renewable hard-faced metal seat for long service life and maintenance flexibility. The rising stem with outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) configuration ensures visual position indication, while graphite gland packing per DIN 30690-1 provides reliable stem sealing under extreme thermal and pressure conditions. Its 13Cr trim (Trim No. 8 equivalent) offers corrosion and wear resistance. This manually operated globe valve can also be adapted for electric or pneumatic actuation, and is suitable for throttling applications with linear flow characteristics. Tested at 375 bar hydrostatic body pressure, the valve complies with European industrial piping standards and is marked accordingly.
