Overview

The 2" 1500LB Y-Globe Valve is manufactured in accordance with API 602 and designed for high-pressure industrial service requiring reliable flow regulation and reduced pressure drop. The valve body is forged from ASTM A105N carbon steel with Stellite (STL) hardfacing, providing high mechanical strength, wear resistance, and long service life.

The Y-pattern globe valve design allows a smoother flow path compared to standard straight-pattern globe valves, reducing turbulence and pressure loss while maintaining precise throttling capability. The valve features a bolted bonnet (BB) and OS&Y (Outside Screw & Yoke) construction, ensuring operational safety and easy visual position indication. Socket weld (SW) ends provide a compact, high-integrity connection suitable for high-pressure piping systems. Manual handle operation allows controlled and dependable valve actuation.
