The BZSV HTDS Controlled Safety Pressure Relief System is a high-performance, intelligent overpressure protection solution designed specifically for demanding steam applications in nuclear, thermal power, and petrochemical industries. Developed using over two decades of aerospace-grade valve engineering and advanced electrical control integration, the HTDS system ensures reliable, precise pressure regulation under conditions of fluctuating or unknown back pressure.
Ideal for high-frequency trip systems, energy-intensive media, or applications requiring minimized emissions and noise, the HTDS system features fast and accurate valve actuation, small overpressure margin, and long-term sealing integrity. Its design minimizes energy waste and maximizes efficiency through tightly controlled opening thresholds and high reseating pressure. The system is especially effective in reducing operational costs and complexity compared to traditional safety valves and foreign-imported systems.
