The BZSV HTKH-B Series Quick Switching Device is a robust and efficient solution for continuous overpressure protection in pressurized systems. Engineered with a three-way flow path and designed to hold two identical safety valves at one station—one in service and one as backup—it allows for seamless switching during maintenance operations without the need for process shutdown.

Its minimal flow resistance ensures full relief capacity for the active safety valve, while integrated features such as a drain valve under each relief unit allow safe media evacuation before removal. The HTKH-B is particularly valuable in systems where uptime is critical and emergency shutdowns are costly. A balancing valve is incorporated for high-pressure classes (≥600 LB), aiding safe and effortless switching. The design supports both low- and high-temperature operations up to +427 °C and maintains reliable sealing performance through multiple actuation cycles.
