The BZSV HTNJ Series Thermal Insulation Jacket Safety Valve is specifically designed for overpressure protection in applications requiring consistent thermal insulation, such as polyester, ethylene, heavy oil refining, and urea fertilizer systems. The valve body, including inlet and outlet flanges, is jacketed to ensure uniform heating or cooling, minimizing risks of media crystallization or solidification. The bellows-balanced structure effectively neutralizes the influence of back pressure on set pressure accuracy and protects internal components like the spring from corrosive or erosive media exposure. The valve internals are made of robust austenitic stainless steel with optional hard alloy overlay for enhanced durability. For specialty applications, trims can be supplied in urea-grade 316L, duplex stainless steel (255 alloy, SUS329J1), and even titanium bellows to meet severe process demands.
