The BZSV HTO/HTB Series Safety Valves are precision-engineered pressure relief devices designed for critical protection of pressurized equipment, vessels, and pipelines. These valves automatically discharge media once internal pressure exceeds the set limit and reseal promptly as pressure returns to safe levels. Built in accordance with API STD 526 and ISO 4123-1, these valves ensure interchangeability and reliability in demanding industrial systems. Available in standard or bellows configurations, the valves handle a wide range of media including gas, liquid, and steam across temperatures from –196°C to +538°C. Their high-performance design includes a separable valve seat for easy maintenance, hard alloy overlays for extended sealing life, and an umbrella-type recoil disk for rapid lift under minimal overpressure. The bellows version compensates for backpressure changes and protects internal components from corrosion, making this valve ideal for ASME-compliant pressure protection systems in power plants, refineries, and chemical facilities.
