JH 2"–24" Double Block and Bleed Plug Valve – Class 150–1500, Low Torque

The JH Double Block and Bleed (DBB) Plug Valve is a high-integrity valve designed for critical isolation applications in pipeline systems where positive shutoff and verifiable sealing are required. With no contact or friction between the sliding plate and valve body sealing surfaces during actuation, this valve offers an extended service life and low operating torque. Its smart design allows inline maintenance—simply removing the bottom cover permits replacement of internal sliding blades without disassembling the valve from the line. The valve body cavity is hard-chrome plated, offering superior hardness and corrosion resistance. An optional automatic cavity relief system protects against overpressure and allows for integrity verification post-closure. Additionally, the valve position indicator is mechanically synchronized to provide accurate visual confirmation of valve status. Suitable for oil, gas, chemical, and process pipelines requiring double isolation and bleed capability.
