JH Main Steam Gate Valve – NPS 2″ to 24″, CL600–2500

The JH Main Steam Gate Valve is a robust, heavy-duty gate valve specifically designed for main steam lines and high-temperature, high-pressure process systems. It is equipped with a pressure self-tightening seal in the valve cavity that enhances sealing performance as internal pressure increases. This results in a safer and more reliable shutoff, especially critical in power generation and high-pressure steam environments.

The sealing surfaces of the gate and valve seat are hardfaced with cobalt-based alloy, ensuring excellent resistance to wear, corrosion, scratching, and high temperatures. The valve stem is tempered and surface-nitrided, providing superior strength, anti-friction, and corrosion resistance.

This valve includes an inverted sealing structure, allowing stem packing replacement while ensuring zero external leakage during operation. Designed to meet stringent industry codes, it delivers long-term reliability, extended maintenance intervals, and optimal safety.
