The JH Metal-Seated Ball Valve is engineered for demanding applications involving high temperatures, high pressures, corrosive media, and fluid containing solid particulates. Available in sizes from 1/2" to 24" (DN15–600) and pressure classes CL150 to CL2500 (PN16–420), this valve features a hardened metal ball and a wear-resistant metal seat constructed from special materials or hard alloy surfacing. Its elastic seat design includes an automatic compensation function that maintains tight sealing performance across variable operating conditions. Designed according to API608, API6D, GB/T 12237, and GB/T 21385, this valve provides safe, low-maintenance service and minimizes pressure loss while ensuring long-term operational reliability.
