The JH Orbit Valve is a high-performance track-guided ball valve engineered for applications requiring zero leakage, low torque, and exceptional durability in demanding service conditions. Designed in accordance with API 6D and GB/T12237, the valve is available in sizes ranging from 2″ to 42″ and pressure ratings from Class 150 to Class 1500.

Its unique orbit mechanism ensures that the ball lifts away from the seat before rotation begins, eliminating friction during opening and closing. This design preserves sealing integrity over time and minimizes wear on internal surfaces. The top-mounted structure allows for in-line maintenance by removing the valve cover without disturbing pipeline connections, significantly reducing downtime.

The single-seat design eliminates pressure buildup in the cavity, ensuring zero leakage in both flow directions. A hardened valve core sealing surface, created via alloy welding and precision polishing, guarantees reliable performance even in abrasive or corrosive process media. The low-torque operation allows for easy manual or gear-actuated operation, with gearboxes typically only needed on larger valve sizes.
