JH Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve – Class 150 to 2500, DN15–DN600

The JH Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve is engineered for performance in the most demanding industrial environments, including high-pressure, high-temperature, and particulate-laden process streams. Manufactured in accordance with API 608, API 6D, GB/T 12237, and GB/T 2385, this valve supports sizes from ½″ to 24″ (DN15–DN600) and pressure ratings from Class 150 to 2500 (PN16 to PN420).

The valve utilizes a trunnion-mounted ball design to maintain precise alignment and reduce operating torque. Its elastic metal seat construction incorporates an automatic compensation mechanism to ensure reliable, bubble-tight sealing under fluctuating pressures and temperatures.

The ball surface is specially hardened using advanced surface treatment technology to enhance wear resistance and corrosion protection. The valve seat is either fully constructed from special alloys or features localized hard alloy weld overlay to extend life in abrasive and corrosive applications.

This design ensures safe and reliable sealing, low operating torque, minimal pressure drop, and long service life. It is ideal for critical pipeline and process applications in oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, and power generation sectors.
