The JH Wear-Resistant Full Metal Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve is a robust valve solution designed to handle severe working conditions involving high temperature, high pressure, and abrasive or corrosive media. This valve features a full metal construction with triple eccentric geometry, eliminating sealing friction during operation and significantly extending valve life.
The integrated valve stem design provides structural strength and operational safety. An extended neck with a heat dissipation plate effectively isolates the actuator from high temperatures, preserving packing integrity and ensuring safe operation. The valve also offers advanced sealing capabilities, with dynamic load bolt structure on the packing gland to maintain low leakage and long-term performance.
Ideal for power plants, petrochemical units, steam systems, and high-temperature pipelines, this valve provides reliable shut-off and throttling capabilities under the most demanding service conditions.
