The NSW Knife Gate Valve is a robust, full-port isolation valve designed to handle harsh slurry and media-rich environments in industries such as pulp & paper, mining, sugar production, and wastewater. It features a compact, short-structure design with a non-rising stem configuration, allowing installation in tight piping layouts.

Manufactured in accordance with MSS-SP-81, the valve ensures zero-leakage bi-directional shut-off through a mechanically retained combination metal and resilient seat. Its gate is guided throughout the stroke and self-cleans with every actuation. The top transverse packing seal is serviceable under full line pressure, ensuring continued uptime and seal reliability.

Engineered for durability, it includes anti-blowout stem design, low operating torque, and is compatible with manual, pneumatic, and electric actuators. The full port design reduces pressure drop, and optional locking device enhances safety in critical operations. Available in forged and cast stainless, carbon, and alloy steels, with coatings and trim options to suit aggressive or corrosive media.
